ELDERLY MAN MISSING FROM POMPANO BEACH LOCATED

UPDATE: The Silver Alert for Fred Michael Otto is being canceled after he was located by Lauderhill PD driving on University and Oakland Park Blvd early Saturday morning.

 

Broward Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons detectives are hoping the public can assist in locating 78-year-old Fred Michael Otto who suffers from dementia, high blood pressure and diabetes. The Pompano Beach resident was last seen about 10 a.m. Friday at his home, located at 3510 Oaks Way.

Otto is believed to be driving his 2012 Hyundai Genesis, silver in color, with a Fl tag of 994LND. The elderly white male is about 5’10” tall and approximately 200 lbs.
