Sheriff's Foundation Presents Check to Help Vulnerable Youth
The Sheriff’s Foundation of Broward County presented a check for the amount of $10,000 on July 19th, to the non-profit community group HANDY (Help Abused Neglected Disadvantaged Youth). These funds will go a long way to support the HANDY mission to embrace, educate, and empower vulnerable youth to become engaged and productive adults. The check was presented by the Sheriff’s Foundation Chair Drew Romanovitz to Elizabeth Bryant, Kirk Brown and Barbara Burnette of HANDY.
