MAN SHOT AND KILLED INSIDE HIS VEHICLE ID’D

Description of Incident:

Broward Sheriff’s Office homicide detectives have identified the man found inside a vehicle last Wednesday in Pompano Beach as 28-year-old Sael Silveira.

Initially, deputies thought they were responding to a possible vehicle accident. Once they arrived at the 3400 block of Northeast Second Avenue, they found a green Honda CRV stopped on the grass along the side of the road. Upon closer inspection, they realized the adult male inside the vehicle had been shot. BSO homicide and crime scene detectives responded and are investigating the incident.
